- Computer literate
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable of basic electrical troubleshooting, plumbing standards, and installation standards.

Job Description:
- Supervise the customer service team on internal and external technical concerns regarding our HCG ceramics and nonceramic products.
- Ensure excellent after-sales technical service to clients thru online communication platforms, actual visitation, or phone call
- Supervise and manage technicians weekly, monthly and annual targets are met.
- Prepare reports and present it during weekly CRM meetings.
