MIS Analytics at ADP. We are the story tellers of the organization. We gather and process data, build systems that help consolidate such data, and provide actionable reports to management.
The MIS Business Analyst is an individual contributor role directly reporting to the Philippines Senior Manager for MIS Analytics. This role will be responsible for the coordination, tracking and development of all performance related reporting for (but not limited to) the different service delivery business functions. This role is also responsible for providing reporting support to the different support groups of ADP. The MIS Coordinator's is expected to meet the following standards:
Work effectively with minimal supervision
Produce reporting outputs in a timely manner
Establish a good working partnership with his/her stakeholders
Contribute to the improvement of the business unit functions' ability to manage their data
Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder MIS touchbase meetings and documenting meeting notes
Learn other platforms used for managing and reporting data : Sharepoint, Tableau, etc.
Shares best practices, innovative ideas and information across diverse audiences to drive business success
REQUIREMENTS
Work experience in Outsourcing Industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in Python and Power BI is a plus
Strong organizational and administrative skills in managing multiple deliverables while interfacing with different stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work shifting schedule
