Job Summary: • Performs loan collection duties to ensure that the company meets its targets and delinquent accounts are kept at minimum level. Specific Duties: AFP Delinquent Accounts Resolution 1. Conducts daily collection activities such as field visit to resolve and prevent account delinquency. 2. Maintains an efficient and updated record of status of collection efforts. 3. Maintains proper recording and documentation of field expenses to monitor and track operational expenses. 4. Ensures collection efforts are executed to assigned accounts by the AFP Collection Supervisor 5. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time Daily Tasks: 1. Executes daily delinquent field visits 2. Accomplish daily delinquent accounts field contact reports 3. Deposit cash collection and accomplish payment reports 4. Set up schedule for field visit 5. Coordinate and updates Collection Supervisor regarding account status, findings and feedback from client
