Responsibilities Organizes and checks the edited proof list made by the team members Monitors and checks the store layout prepared Ensures discrepancies in bar codes are 100% reported during the audit Reviews initial inventory proof list to determine any unrecorded or missed items Observes store operations and report any violation of the policies and procedures Inspects all branch documents to determine if properly stored against access from unauthorized persons Prepares and prints initial inventory list Edits initial inventory list to record all items included before finalizing the report Inputs the correct quantity in scanning items and checks code description with the actual product Reviews SOA (direct delivery, uncaptured delivery notes) and all copies of withdrawals (branch to branch and/or Warehouse/RG: bad and/or good stocks) Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field Open to fresh graduates Related work experience in inventory and audit is an advantage Full-Time position(s) available Must be willing to do frequent travel, render long hours, and overnight work when necessary Knowledge of inventory count and audit is an advantage
