1. Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
2. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
3. Prepare necessary reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities
4. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
5. At all times, projects a favorable image of Bahama Realty and Development Corporation to the public
6.Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
11. Conduct risk evaluation of assigned functional area, business units in established timeframe.
12. Support development of internal audit programs for operational audits and special reviews etc.
13. Conduct testing adhering with accreditation and varied regulatory requirements.
14. Check to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments or business units.
15. To verify that all transactions performed are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated in to POS system.
16.Participate in audit engagement planning, reporting, scoping, execution, and follow up as defined.
17.Verifies all account postings and balances
18. Monitors the current status of coupon, discount, and other promotional programs.
19. Tracks all revenues and other business unit statistics.
20. Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
21. Summarizes results of operations for management.
22. Prepare of End of day procedure. Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. With College / Bachelor's Degree of Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year working experience in the related field.
3. Passionate, Dynamic and Driven,
4. Excellent Organization Skills
5. Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
6. Excellent People Skills
7. Ability to work long and flexible hours
8. Can construct audit reports
9. Willing to take on a new challenge in the field of auditing.
10. Applicant must have a Driver's License and knows how to drive.
