Report to Inventory Auditor Head about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities;
Responsible in accurate encoding of store count sheets;
Responsible in generating store variances and ensure timely reconciliation of data;
Responsible in accurate auditing of inventory levels within multiple retail locations;
Communicates with store employees, operations, and management to ensure proper recording of all store transactions;
Monitor and Control discrepancies by implementing Inventory Management Procedures;
Analyzes data obtained by using problem solving skills to determine that activities and transactions within the stores are adhering to company policy;
Prepares detailed reports based on specific findings that communicate actionable results which are then presented to Inventory Auditor Head;
Monitor and measure store process performance in these categories: Sales, Loss Prevention, Physical Security, Safety and Inventory Management;
Evaluates Sales Promodiser's performance based on company standards related to inventory management, selling procedures and store/company compliance policies;
Report suspected fraudulent activity;
Review transactions, documents, records, reports, and methods for accuracy (or to detect errors) and effectiveness;
Related working experience
Must be a graduate of Accounting or Accounting Technology Course
