Job Description:
Perform physical count of bread and reconciliation against the Daily Stock Control, Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts and Return Slips/Return to Vendor, whichever are applicable.
Perform spot count on the good bread unloaded by the Truck Salesman and received by the Promo Merchandisers, including the Bread Trays.
Perform spot count on bread exchange (returns) received by the Truck Salesman from the Promo Merchandisers as compared with the records, including the Bread Trays.
Gather evidence to support the observations, including but not limited to, copies Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts and Return Slips/Return to Vendor, whichever are applicable on selected outlets.
Encodes and submits the result of inventory reconciliation.
Prepares Field Audit Report.
Prepares Daily Itinerary Report and liquidates transportation expenses.
Performs other field audit activities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
High School Graduate, College Level or Graduate of Vocational/Technical course
Willing to travel and do extensive field works in various locations within the Philippines
Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule.
