Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Field Auditor to join our team. The Field Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits in various locations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication abilities to report findings clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site audits of operational processes and financial records.
- Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review documentation, transactions, and systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and document any discrepancies, risks, or control weaknesses.
- Prepare audit reports summarizing key findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of audit data and sensitive company information.
- Travel to various sites/branches as required for audit purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in auditing, field inspections, or compliance roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to various locations for audits.
