Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to Security & Cloud-Computing designing, implementing, supporting SANGFOR products.
2. Provide technical support and comprehensive test plans, include dealing with technical problem, configuration, maintenance, and devices upgrading.
3. As technical point of contact to provide training to partners and customers.
4. To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering essential services.
5. Analyze network or system performance, resolve complex technical problem.
Requirements:
1.Preferably with 2+ years experiences in LAN/Internet/System Integration or network administration.
2. Outstanding in Security or Cloud computing product and independent on problem solutions in different environment.
3.Customer service oriented. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
4.Clear and articulate verbal and written skills in English.
5.Have experiences and basic knowledge in Linux CLI, Storage technologies(like Raid, SAN and etc) would be preferred.
