Job Description
Develop new business as well as maintain and deepen existing customer relationships primarily through non-face-to-face sales calls to achieve sales targets and market goals within the customer segments.
Your Contribution:
Sales Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers Gather information about customers business products and process, and their transportation challenges explain FedEx products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Find, Grow and Keep Customers: Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with customers handover relevant leads to Field Sales using the available Customer Relationship Management system lead generation research and qualify new leads contact customers to solicit sales.
Pricing proposal: Prepare a sales proposal to target the needs of customers.
General Account Management and Services: Instruct customers how to use FedEx tools and services answer customer questions about FedEx products or services execute implementation plans with customers Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met identify barriers to successful implementation and recommend ways to remove or minimize the barriers contact customers to find out how well the solutions are meeting their business needs maintain good relationship with customers.
Your Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent
Relevant work experience in a customer-facing environment:1 year.
Good customer services sense and relationship management skills.
Good business / industry knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Your Competencies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
Proficient in MS Office Applications and Excel.
