Job Description
This role is for the brave one who is willing to be accountable and diligent in assisting clients with review of client/fund structures to determine Financial Institution classification and FATCA scope requirements.
If you are highly investigative and organized, you will be perfect for the role as you will be working on perioding risk reviews and assisting with Client Services Team regarding KYC documents as per required.
As a FATCA Advisor, part of your responsibilities would also be to support the Sales/Marketing team to pitch FATCA services to the clients and screen potential clients for potential hits.
Qualifications
· Relevant Professional Qualification / Regulatory experience for the role
· Regulatory and practical knowledge and experience (where applicable) of FATCA (classifications & registrations, CDD/KYC and reporting requirements)
· Strong knowledge of Private Fund Structures (Private Equity experiences preferred)
· Experience of providing services to multiple clients and managing client deliverables
· Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
· Good communication skills with Clients, Senior Management and other internal departments
· Can do attitude, ability to cope with tight Project deadlines and working under pressure
