Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, dedicated to delivering outstanding support by addressing customer needs with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Every interaction is approached with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring not only the resolution of issues but also the creation of positive, lasting experiences that foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must be willing to work with us on site.
Not currently enrolled or employed
Computer literate and good web navigation skills
Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.
