We are looking for a creative and skilled Fashion Jewelry Designer to join our growing team.
 
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in designing accessories-specifically wooden jewelry, shell-based pieces, and natural-material fashion items.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality fashion jewelry collections (necklaces, bracelets, earrings) using wood, shells, resin, and mixed natural materials.
Develop sketches, digital mockups, and production-ready specifications.
Collaborate with the sample and mounting teams to finalize designs.
Ensure all designs match brand identity, seasonal themes, and production capabilities.
Stay informed on current fashion trends, color palettes, and customer preferences (especially for women 30+).
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in jewelry design (fashion or handcrafted).
Strong creativity and understanding of natural-material aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.
Familiarity with design tools is a plus (manual sketching accepted).
Experience designing for international markets is an advantage.
Compensation:
Monthly salary ranges 15,000 - 18,000 PHP, depending on experience and skill.
