We are looking for a talented Fashion Graphic Designer with a creative flair to design a wide variety of visual elements across digital and offline media. The Client Our client is an Australia-based hand-drawn prints company that is recognized across the globe as a supplier of some of the coolest designs to grace the fashion world. They have over 15 years of experience in the print industry designing and selling original artworks in Australia, France, Ireland, UK, the US, Spain, Sweden, Asia and the Middle East to their 600+ clients. Our client is known for delivering weekly on-trend and exclusive hand-drawn patterns to brands like Bec and Bridge, Topshop, Zara, The Upside, Venus by Venus Williams, Billabong, Macy's and Debenhams to name a few. The Role We are looking for a talented Fashion Graphic Designer with a creative flair to design a wide variety of visual elements across digital and offline media. From processes to logos, brochures, campaigns to postcards. We're looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate will be working directly with the Senior Textile Designer in advocating the Company's mission and values, and most importantly the creative direction as set by the client. Required Skills 3+ years' experience in Fashion Graphic Design or a similar role Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Apps (i.e., Google Chat, Email, Google Drive etc.) Advanced knowledge in Google Business Understanding of CLO 3D, Craft, BigCommerce. Good to have but not essential Possess a thorough understanding of art, copy, and layout as well as know-how to use design software designs, or layout options Solid skills in developing advertising campaigns and producing interesting and innovative ideas Excellent communication skills and people management skills. Must be able to listen to and speak with the team to ensure that they understand ideas and client's requests High attention to detail, both administrative and design Ability to prioritise tasks and manage personal workflow and output Result-driven and hands-on attitude in a fast-paced environment Ability to proactively resolve issues using sound conflict management skills to address problems or concerns that may arise with internal or external stakeholders Ability to remain professional, open to direction, and collaborative at all times Capable of representing the Company at conferences, meetings, universities, and seminars as required, to champion the Brand and demonstrate high commitment and professional ethical standards at work Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
