Is currently looking for:
 
FARM SUPERVISOR
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts proper monitoring of animal health conditions and standard operating procedures inside the farm
Submits clear and accurate reports in a timely manner
Consults with Veterinarians and Nutritionists for the proper care of the    animals
Ensures that biosecurity protocols are strictly complied with
Prepares and implements the work schedule of farm staff
Attends to all inquiries and concerns in the farm
Trains new employees regarding farm procedures and management practices
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Animal Science, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Extension Education, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, and/or Bachelor of Agricultural Technology
Must have a solid experience with handling a farm and its staff
Must possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Can work effectively under pressure and with a team
Must be willing to be assigned in-house in Balamban, Cebu
Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
