The Farm Supervisor/ Management Trainee will be trained to achieve the following objectives:
Learn all the technical skills necessary to raise quality RTL and high performing Layer Chicken;
Gain knowledge on the processes and procedures in egg processing plant and familiarize with the different audit requirements of ISO and our valued customers;
Experience all essential farm activities done in various Farms to recommend improvements;
Develop people handling skills and leadership during the immersion;
Pass all assessments given after every department immersion;
Accomplish a comprehensive study on processes, routines, management program, or efficiency aspects approved by the management which will give more value to the company at the end of the training program.
Graduate of Bachelor of Animal Science, BS Agriculture and/or Agricultural Engineering, BS in Industrial Engineering, BS in Electrical Engineering, Food Technology or any related course.
Received academic, leadership and/or extracurricular awards;
With effective oral and written communication skills;
With good leadership qualities and a team player;
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
