Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Farm Project Specialist is responsible for the timely accomplishment of different assigned swine construction projects in Swine operations by coordinating with other concerned departments so that projects will be finished on time and within standard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and evaluates the various construction and work requests of the different sections of the farm and coordinates with Farm Project Team to ensure the timely accomplishment of the project, that unit cost are within budget and accomplished works are within standard.
Assists in monitoring and evaluating on-going projects to ensure proper implementation in relation to farm operations.
Assists in planning, organizing and monitoring farm projects as well as in budget preparation.
Attend coordination meetings.
Prepares and submits reports to immediate TL on project's and work request's update.
Monitors the services of third party manpower service providers.
Participates in all company initiated programs and activities.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Must have a degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry or preferably Veterinary Medicine
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Preferably 3 years work experience in swine operation.
Preferably with experience and interested in farm construction.
