Job Summary:
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Follow proper cooking methods, techniques, and temperatures to ensure high-quality and flavorful food.
Operate various kitchen equipment, such as stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers, safely and efficiently.
Will cooperate and will do any cook request time to time for the Family.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a professional kitchen setting.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation and has ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and produce consistent results and has strong knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities and is able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
With Formal culinary training or certification has advantage but not required.
Respectful, courteous, has good attitude and a person with dignity.
