JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet and bid farewell to guests in a friendly, courteous manner. Offer buffet and menu options, take orders, and serve food in an efficient manner, Offer drinks, pre, during and after meal service
Provide personalized assistance to Fairmont Gold guests including but not limited to: the setting up and breakdown of all food and beverage presentations (breakfast, bar service and canapés), and ensuring complete set up of the boardroom
Ensure FIFO and cleanliness in the pantry, and lounge, are observed
WORK EXPERIENCE
Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
6 - 12 months in a food service position, similar operations style
Retail or customer interaction experience
Food and /or beverage knowledge
