The Facility Engineer is responsible for overall maintenance and general upkeep of the facility equipment and assets of the company. This position requires support to the operations and construction team by providing technical knowledge on risk management including repairs and maintenance. It ensures systematic and routinely preventive maintenance that aims in reducing or minimizing failures on the company facilities equipment and its systems.
Job Qualifications:
· Preferably Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
· Licensed - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
· 1-2 years working experience in Facilities Maintenance/Management and Coordination
· Preferably Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
· Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
· Has a background in construction design, electrical engineering and thorough understanding of HVAC, Electrical, FDAS.
· Handle, monitor and upkeep multiple properties.
· Knowledgeable in construction projects and project management.
· Willing to do work on site and office.
· Highly analytical; Excellent problem solving, organizational, and technical skills
· Must be willing to work in Sampaloc, Manila
