Perform preventive maintenance on buildings including but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, heating, air conditioning and mechanical repair work, exit and emergency lighting
Monitor electrical equipment such as air-conditioning, electrical utilities, NGP, pumps, and motor
Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs
