Job Description
Perform preventive maintenance on buildings including but not limited to: HVAC, minor carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting, plastering, dry walling, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and mechanical repair work, repair and installation of electrical fixtures
Monitor electrical equipment such as air-conditioning, electrical utilities, NGP, pumps, and motor
Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs
Qualification
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in Facilities/Building Maintenance
Must be knowledgeable of HVAC, chiller and air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry and minor masonry
Must be TESDA Trained or technical vocational graduate
Physically fit as lifting, working at heights and working in restricted/confined spaces may be involved
Must be a resident of CEBU CITY or neighboring areas
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A 4-WHEEL VEHICHLE WITH VAILD DRIVER'S LICENSE
