Responsible for the proper maintenance of school facilities, equipment, and surroundings.
Serves as the overseer of renovation and school improvements.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the facilities and is in charge of all maintenance personnel including but not limited to outsourced personnel.
Conducts regular inspection of all facilities and ensures the safety of use of all equipment.
Develops a system for preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
Constantly updated with government mandates when it comes to buildings or facilities.
Negotiates well with vendors, contractors, and other partners for school projects or equipment upgrade.
Ensures that machines and equipment delivered are in conformity with the requested specifications.
Conducts audit on existing machines and equipment, recommends necessary upgrades or other additional parts, and oversees proper sale or disposal of obsolete or outdated machines and equipment.
Ensures proper deployment and staffing of Facilities staff and provides the school with work evaluations of each staff.
Additional tasks that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Must have good grammar and be able to write and speak well in English and Filipino.
Must be honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.
Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Adobe, and Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Sheet, PPT).
Must be detail-oriented and flexible.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Above average IT skills for admin assistance (Internet applications, Data analysis, Troubleshooting)
Amenable to work in Quezon City.
