Job Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for general repairs and maintenance of company's owned/leased facilities and equipment.
Performs corrective and preventive maintenance and repair work of electrical equipment and systems (e.g. air conditioning system, electric fans, lights, circuit connections, etc.)
Installs, repairs, and calibrates electrical equipment to determine system deficiencies
Inspects or conducts test machinery to diagnose malfunction
Handles installation, repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and plumbing system
Replaces busted bulbs, outlets, circuit breakers, fuses, etc.
Repairs lavatory hose, faucet and water closet
Performs minor carpentry work
Maintains cleanliness of pump room, electrical room and generator set room
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of any two (2) year vocational course related to Electrical, Civil, Mechanical and Plumbing
At least six (6) months work experience in electrical, mechanical, carpentry and/or plumbing services
Can work with minimal supervision
Willing to work overtime and on weekends if necessary
Can start ASAP
