Generates & implements equipment maintenance work instructions & SOPs standardizing activities.
Maintaining control over maintenance tools, spare parts & equipment.
Implementation of improvement activities to support operation efficiency and sustainability.
Monitors time-based verification, calibration & maintenance schedule.
Carrying out administrative tasks within the department.
Maintains records of all implemented documents, service reports, certificates, etc.
Liaise & collaborate with other departments to address manufacturing and facility issues.
Education/Experience:
· Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course
· PRC licensed Engineer
· With at least 3 years experience in manufacturing maintenance setup
Skills:
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
· Able to read & analyze electrical & mechanical drawings.
· Able to generate maintenance related procedures & work instructions.
· Knowledgeable in AutoCad is a plus
· Strong organizational communication skills
