Description:
» Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
» Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolves issues
» Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
» Plan and supervise all repair and installation activities
» Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodian's janitors etc.)
» Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
» Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
» Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
» Keep maintenance logs and report on everyday activities
» Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
» At least 6 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Preferably Manager/manager or Higher specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
