Facilities EngineerGolden ABC

The Facilities Engineer oversees and coordinates to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems within the company facilities. S/he will perform systems evaluations on facilities and determine what installation or repair services need to be performed, manage a budget, and create calculations to ensure operational efficiencies.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides full assistance to Associate Facilities Junior Manager.
Provides 24/7 Technical Support (shifting) for 1155, DCWH & Annex properties.
Inspects all equipment including critical environment in a regular basis.
Oversees and handles GABC and outsource Technical Staff.
Handles utilities monitoring.
Responds on client's technical concerns such as repairs and troubleshooting.
Spearheads maintenance team in the facility check and repair works.
QUALIFICATIONS
College or University graduate of Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage (e.g. CFM).
With at least 1 year of experience in facilities management operations. Experience in a retail industry is an advantage.
Knowledge in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
Knowledge of Safety and Risk Management procedures.
Knowledge in using ACAD and Visio software.
