Assists in the day-to-day running of facilities systems, ensures for his work period the uninterrupted operating and maintenance schedules of these systems related to:
>Air-conditioning and ventilation
>Electrical supply
>Plumbing and sanitary systems
>LPG storage and supply
>Fire detection and alarm systems
>Fire suppression
>Lifts and conveyance
>Building auto-management system
Makes sure that all Facilities staff and service providers adhere to company policies
Supervises repair and maintenance of systems so that issues are resolved in a safe and timely manner
Coordinates with Tenancy and Leasing contractors on renovations, expansion, equipment installation, and other projects.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical).
Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City or Makati City.
No work experience required.
