Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor, document, and report the conducted minor civil works and maintenance activities, buikding structures and other facilities within CBKPCL areas of responsibility this inclues the followiing:
1. Kalayaan Site
2. Caliraya Site
3. Botocan Site
4. Lumot Lake, Caliraya Lake, New Spillway Areas
5. Drainage and waterway barrier maintenance system
6. Air-conditioning and ventilation system.
7. Elevation System
9. All other reports related to the above.
10. Performs the following Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Task
11. Delivers the following administrative works
12. Performs other duty to be assigned.
Work Experience
1. Atleast 3 years experience in Clerical works
2. Atleast 3 year experience in project management/project engineering, project monitoring/implementation, verification.
3. Knowledgeable in hydro-power plant operations or its equivalent.
4. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Special Qualifications
1. Candidate must be a licensed Engineer. Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer
2. Active listening, public speaking and presentation, writing skills (proficient in MS office), Verbal and non-verbal communication, negotiation, persuation, leadership, teamwork
3. Effective technical skills, the ability to work under pressure, creativity, keen in decision making
4. Preferably with knowledge in Project Management, basic accounting and can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
5. Candidate must have Cerificate /Safety training BOSH/COSH.
