Job Descriptions
Responsible for all aspects of operations of all equipment and facilities of the estate specifically the administration; operation and maintenance; security and safety; and janitorial and housekeeping of the following:
1. Water Supply System
2. Road System
3. Streetlights and Traffic Lights System
4. Sewage Treatment Plant
5. Landscaping
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1 Supervising and overseeing assigned projects.2. Ensures preparation and implementation of Operations and Maintenance Procedures Manual of all Facilities3. Set-up and implement Safety Policies for all locators in respect to the use of the estate roads and vacant lots, such as but limited to fire safety, typhoon, and other disasters4. Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance of locators with standard effluent sewer discharges as required by the estate6. Implements regular road inspection and maintenance7. Submission of operational monthly reports and such other reports as may be required by management from time to time
Job Qualifications
Candidate must be a licensed Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineer or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in facilities or estate management and engineering audit from a multinational company or well known real estate developer
Have a good understanding and capacity to resolve customer related complaints and has leadership personality to manage cross functional teams
Knowledge in electro-mechanical equipment, safety and security, landscaping, budget preparation and implementation
