Job Descriptions:
inspect completed mechanical installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational safety and standards.
Prepares appropriate labels/signages on mechanical equipment.
Review and check mechanical as-built plans for compliance with the Philippine Standards and government requirements
Responsible for keeping Building Plans and related documents
Assists Facilities Maintenance Section by monitoring mechanical works to ensure compliance with Mechanical Safety Standards
Consult Superior that pertains to a non-conforming issues/audit findings related to electrical safety
Prepares date report on all mechanical changes
Monitors and prepares data report of all Facilities Project
Prepares procedure/s on mechanical safety
Receive and implement of corrective action to orders issued by Department of Labor and PEZA inspectors
Monitors contractor/s working inside company premises
Asses and prepares Purchase Request of the materials needed for the Admin projects
Assume duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
