Facilities coordinator will be in charge to provide support in the day-to-day office management, facilities, storage and inventory, messenger and runner responsibilities need of the internal RingCentral Manila Team. The main responsibility is to be the main point person for any administrative and physical work needs of functions for staff, executives, administrators, liaison officers, vendors and the likes. Critical part of the job is to support and assist the Facilities Manager and the facilities team in all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
2 to 3 years work experience as an office coordinator, messenger, aide or similar role
Highschool diploma, or technical graduate of a 2-year course as a minimum
Experience in dealing with customer requests and coping under pressure whilst maintaining focus
Previous experience of helpdesk/ office operations or similar support role is desirable.
Interaction with staff, clients, suppliers and visitors
Performing general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, laminating and filing
Providing support to the Maintenance tea
Desired Qualifications:

Customer oriented service
Good liaison and vendor management skills
Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high volume of incoming jobs at varying time
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
