Job Descriptions
Performs the 5S principle before and after work
Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of all facilities, equipment and grounds to ensure preventive repairs and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment are in good working order
Perform required minor and/or moderate repairs and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks exercising discretion to identify projects that require services
Provide supervision of external contractors for grounds, preventative maintenance programs, janitorial services and other contracted professional and/or licensed contractor maintenance support
Provide oversight of facilities maintenance to ensure facilities and grounds are properly maintained
Promotes established safety programs and ensure safe operating procedures and monitor employee compliance
Reads, understands and implements schematics and mechanical drawings.
Supervises and/or participates in the repair and maintenance of facility equipments.
Support production and other section through completion of job order request
Ensure that electrical distribution system is safe and in good condition
Support energy and water conservation program through monitoring of electric and water consumption
Job Qualifications
Registered Electrical Engineer
Working experience in a manufacturing company preferably PEZA company.
With strong work ethics
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Critical-thinking skills.
With positive attitude and can handle pressure.
