Job Summary
Responsible to analyze failure to determine the root cause of problem, monitor the quality of repair process and generate repair and FA instructionDuties and Responsibilities
Conduct troubleshooting of NG PCBA to determine the root cause of failures
Conduct failure investigation into defects raised to determine the root cause of failures
Initiate and coordinate timely activities to recommend solutions at a corresponding risk level to prevent future occurrences of such failure or non conformities
Develop formal failure analysis report data and findings of complaint and other groups after analysis competition
Check and monitor NG PCB in repair and FA Station
Generate repair guidelines, instructions and check sheets
Guide and supervise repair operator in repairing production issues
Coordinate with customer for validation and approval of equipment, tools and material required in repair and FA Station
Monitor and consolidate data of FA repaired PCBA
Essential Requirements
Have Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer or Electronics Engineer
At least 1 year experience as FA Engineer
Knowledgeable in Quality Control Tools and FMEA
PCBA Rework/Repair Process Qualification
Applicant must be willing to work in LiMa Technology Center, Lipa City Batangas
