Job Description
The CM/FA Analyst is responsible in monitoring the Cash and Cash Equivalents as well as maintaining the reconciliation summary for all banks with the recorded book balance ensuring completeness, accuracy and integrity of all cash and cash equivalent related transactions. He/she is also responsible for fixed asset administration by ensuring proper recording in the system, assignment/location of physical count, suggestive disposition and write off.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Preferably B.S. Accounting graduate.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 6 months in related experience General Ledger and Fixed Asset Accounting.
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures specifically in relation to accounts payable and fixed assets accounting.
2. Ability to communicate well, both written and oral.
3. Computer literacy in data processing and comparing required software.
4. Detail-oriented
5. Analytical and creative.
