We are urgently looking for an F&B Supervisor to join our growing team!
 
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in food and beverage/ restaurant operations
High attention to detail and organizational skills 
Ability to multitask and work with a team 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food & drinks menu offering (short orders and cocktails/mocktails)
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, track usage, minimize waste, and ensure sufficient products are available
Take food and drinks orders and in charge of guest seating
Manage/oversee upkeep of the area and assigned personnel (server/s and utility staff)
Handle guest complaints and feedback
Assists in budgeting, cost control, and preparing reports to assess operational efficiency and profitability
Introduce promotions and make suggestions for operational improvements
Oversees food safety, food cost, food quality, and consistency
