Job Summary:
The F&B Cashier is responsible for accurately processing guest transactions in the Food & Beverage outlets. This role ensures that all payments are handled efficiently, maintains accurate records, and provides excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. The F&B Cashier works closely with the service team to support smooth operations in the restaurant or outlet.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a food and beverage or hospitality environment.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling various payment methods.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
