F&B SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Greet guests, assist with menu choices, take and relay orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and handle guest inquiries and complaints. Upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean and organized, including clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in all areas, such as floors and restrooms, while adhering to hygiene standards.
Order Management: Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensure timely delivery, and assist in managing food and beverage inventory and stock levels.
Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations, assist in training new team members, and support event setups and breakdowns.
Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety guidelines and report any issues to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Education: College graduate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
