Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
Previous experience in front office or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in front desk operations, including reservation systems and handling transactions.
Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
