Job Description
What you will be doing:
Responsible for taking central restaurant reservations.
Ensure effective upselling and cross-selling of hotel outlets.
Carries out promotional activities of outlets.
Knowledgeable of hotels general information and all upcoming and ongoing activities of the hotels.
Prepare daily reservation reports.
Work Experience
Minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience.
Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
Effective communication and upselling skills.
Knowledgeable in using a restaurant reservation system.
Keen attention to detail.
Amenable to work on shifting schedules.
