POSITION: F&B OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
 
We are looking for F&B Operations Supervisor to join our growing Food & Beverage (F&B) team! If you have the passion, skills, and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment, we want you on board.
 
Job Description:
Oversee the overall flow of F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and special requests.
Supervise the front-of-house team to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Gather customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and quality control.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Assist in sales tracking, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
Ensure proper handling of cash, invoices, and POS transactions.
Prepare operational reports and documentation as required by management.
Assist in scheduling shifts and delegating tasks to team members.
Provide guidance and training to new employees to uphold service standards.
Maintain discipline and promote teamwork among the staff.
Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
Address customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions.
Adapt to unexpected situations and make quick, effective decisions.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reports, documentation, and operational tracking.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges efficiently in a fast-paced F&B setting.
Ensures compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
Can effectively coordinate with staff, suppliers, and management to maintain seamless operations.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays as needed.
