F&B BANQUET SUPERVISOR
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervises the set-up, service, and breakdown of all banquet events, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Coordinates with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage service.
Responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.
Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquets, and storage areas.
Ensures that all guests' requests and preferences are met.
Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixture in the banquet and catering.
Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitors staffs performances, provides training, and ensures exceptional customer service.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must able to understand the primary languages used in the workplace.
Strong leadership and management skills
Must be organized and able to handle customer concerns
Minimum of at least 2 years' experience in banquets or events management.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and techniques.
