We are Currently Looking for F&B ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product knowledge
Taking orders: Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
Serving: Serve food and drinks to customers
Payment: Accept payment and provide receipts
Cleaning: Clean work areas, such as tables and counters
Stocking: Stock service stations, cabinets, and tables
Setting tables: Set tables or prepare food stations for new customers
Handling complaints: Handle customer complaints and concerns
Cash reconciliation: Cash out and reconcile cash with total sales
Qualifications:
A graduate of HRM or any related course.
With at least 6 months experience in a related field
Can start immediately
