An External Unit Manger is tasked to :
Recruit 50 Potential Candidates for the Position of Sun Life Financial Advisors
Train ALL Potential Candidates on topics involving Concepts of Life Insurance and Variable Universal Life Insurance
Must be ABLE to CODE at least 21 capable candidates who would bring in the required Sales Volume for the Unit
Candidate must have the GRIT and the HUNGER to Accomplish Set Sales Target.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Familiar with the Concepts of Financial Planning
Has the ability to produce Required Business Production
Capable of Building A Unit Composed of 21 Financial Advisors
Must be able to Train, Assist and Guide Advisors within The Unit
Determined to Accomplish Sales Target set by The Sales Team Manager
