Main Duties External communications and PR: Gain an in-depth understanding of the company story, its people, services and operations, and stakeholders Strategize, plan, and execute relevant communication activities to deliver high-level placements in print, online, broadcast, and new media channelsIdentify and secure speakership opportunities for the company and leverage these opportunities in a variety of ways Leverage existing media relationships while cultivating new ones with industry and business media Work closely with the department head, local and regional company leaders, and regional counterparts to ensure that the company speaks in one voice and ensure alignment in all external communications Stakeholder relations: Seek out, build, and cultivate relevant relationships with government, business associations, civil society groups, and other stakeholders that will be relevant to overall company objectives Issue and crisis management Monitor and flag news, industry trends, and other relevant social, cultural, political, and economic developments that may affect business operations Prepare for and handle issues and crises as necessary Reporting and analytics: Conduct daily news monitoring, maintaining keen understanding of industry tends and making appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy Measure success metrics for communication strategies and associated communication plans and draw strategic insights Administrative: Ensure compliance with all company policies regarding finance, procurement, operational, and other relevant processesOwn and maintain relevant reports and trackers crucial to the department's day-to-day operations, such as budget, publicity, etc. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (with a proven track record of success) At least 5 years of a progressive PR career working on similar service or tech companies strong relationships with relevant media contacts in the business, tech, and lifestyle beats An agency background is strongly preferredStrong and proven writing and oral communication skillsProven experience in event and project management Knowledgeable in doing influencer marketing, social media marketing, and stakeholder mapping Expected to manage the Communication Team's budget (FTE, agency fees, events, suppliers, etc.)Must be willing to travel across the Philippines Submit a job application By applying to the job, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy Notice (the 'Notice') and consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data by Ninja Express Tech Philippines, Inc.
