Assist in planning and scheduling MEP works in alignment with overall project timelines.
Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for MEP scope compliance.
Review technical submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Monitor MEP installation activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing).
Track and report progress, issues, and corrective actions.
Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and maintain accurate records of MEP deliverables.
Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover packages.
Help identify risks related to MEP systems and propose mitigation strategies.
Document deviations, incidents, and delays affecting MEP milestones.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in MEP construction management, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Familiarity with project management tools and CAD software.
