EXPORT staff for craftmanship/salary: 18,000/brgy. san jose, antipoloDempsey, Inc.

1.Receive export orders and prepare Proforma Invoice.2.Receive export-related inquiries and discuss with manager on how to respond.3.Prepare requests for export labels and markings to be purchased from suppliers.4.Prepare packing list and commercial invoice for export orders.5.Obtain from export clients the shipping instructions for existing export orders.6.Coordinate with local freight forwarders about shipping instructions for existing export orders.7.Coordinate with broker for export documentation and billing of export orders.8.Coordinate with trucker for container withdrawal and billing of export orders.9.Lodgement of export declaration.10.Monitoring and filing of export-related documents.JOB SPECIFICATIONS: College graduate with a formal degree on Business Administration (or similar)With at least 1 year work experience related to exporting, logistics, or similar fieldWith the ability to speak and write in EnglishWith the ability to use Google, Yahoo, or Outlook emailWith good mastery of Microsoft Office, Mobile Applications, and other programs or applications related to business communication
