Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in the export shipping procedure
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Manila
Duties and Responsibilities:
"Main person-in-charge in leading the creation of the export division in the organization as well as the process development including booking, processing, and delivery of all export shipments."
1. Enter new markets of the organization
2. Responsible for carrying out the booking, processing, and documentation of all export shipments.
3. Prepare all needed permits and processing documents for export shipment air and sea.
4. Ensure that all pertaining documents are done according to the shipping line cut-off time
5. Shall act responsibly on using company funds in all export shipment related expenses.
6. Provide weekly reports to Operations Head regarding export shipping operation and follow tasks/instructions at any given time.
7. Follow the procedures and work instructions in the performance of assigned tasks.
8. Immediately inform the concerned head of any problem that may be encountered in the performance of his/her job.
9. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
