With at least 3 years of working experience as Site devt. officer
Preferably with experience in gasoline stations
can drive motorcycle
Look for sites possible for gasoline stations
Validates authenticity of documents and viability of new sites prior to acquisition
Negotiates terms and conditions for the acquisition of new sites
Monitors timely issuance of all permits
Represents the company in all local and national hearings required by the LGU / National Government for the issuance of the permit / requirement of the new station.
Monitors timely remittance of rental payments to lot owners
