A strong and dedicated team with creative and skilled individuals is the key to our success. We are now seeking for a strong recruiter who will help us grow our team by providing expert assistance in finding highly talented individuals and bringing them onboard, helping them find their place and further grow their knowledge within the company.
You will:
Develop and execute an ongoing recruitment strategy
Implement various activities in order to reach talented individuals worldwide
Take active steps in the field of talent acquisition
Provide expert advice in the fields of increasing company's visibility and finding new opportunities for recruitment
Ensure the visibility of open positions on company's website and across other relevant websites and platforms
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Schedule interviews
Update and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Previous experience in recruitment is a mandatory requirement
Advanced spoken and written English skills
Excellent communication skills
University degree
Organized, goal-oriented and highly proactive
Ability to work independently without supervision
